Job Description – Café Partner

Location: Chennai

CTC: ₹16,000 TH

Age Requirement: 35 max

• Job Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Read & Write in English)
• Must be well-groomed (clean-shaven for males)
• Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory
• Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts (9-hour shift)
• Male: Any shift timing
• Female: Shifts between 6 AM – 9 PM
• Dress Code: Shoes are mandatory
• T-shirt and jeans for both genders
• Female candidates: No crop tops or shawls
• Selection Process: Virtual Interview: Candidates will receive a message in a group and must join the Google Meet session
• Same-day feedback & joining process: Selected candidates will be informed on the same day
• Reporting details and location will be shared

Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Efficiently process and generate café orders.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized café environment.
• Stock Management: Oversee and arrange café inventory to ensure adequate supplies.
• Food Packaging: Prepare and package food items for delivery or takeaway.

Payroll: Employment will be under Zepto payroll

• Challenges & Career Growth: Challenges: Tamil language proficiency is mandatory for Café Partners and Café Leads
• Grooming standards must be strictly followed
• 24x7 work shifts require flexibility
