Job Description
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions, provide menu recommendations, process payments (cash/card), and resolve issues.
- Food & Beverage Preparation: Brew coffee/tea, operate espresso machines, steam milk, create specialty drinks, and prepare simple food items like sandwiches or pastries, adhering to recipes and standards.
- Operations: Operate cash registers (POS systems), manage inventory (stocking supplies), perform opening/closing duties, and assist with other team members.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep workstations, dining areas, equipment (espresso machines, grinders), and utensils clean and sanitized, following health and safety regulations.
