Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and address concerns with a friendly attitude.
- Food & Beverage Prep: Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and simple food items (sandwiches, pastries) following recipes and standards.
- Order & Payment Processing: Accurately enter orders and handle cash/card transactions.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep workstations, dining areas, and equipment (espresso machines ) clean; restock supplies and wash dishes.
- Teamwork: Support colleagues, manage inventory, and assist with opening/closing procedures.
