Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, take orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations.
- Food & Beverage Prep: Prepare and serve coffee, teas, snacks, and other menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Point of Sale: Operate cash registers, process cash/card payments, and provide receipts.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep work areas, tables, equipment (espresso machines, grinders), and dining areas clean and sanitized.
- Stock & Inventory: Restock supplies, manage inventory, and assist with receiving new stock.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive environment.
