Key Responsibilities –

Food Preparation & Packing

• Prepare food items as per company standards and hygiene guidelines.
• Ensure accurate portioning and proper packaging of food.

Store Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstation.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Customer Service

• Assist customers with basic queries and ensure a friendly customer experience.
• Maintain a professional attitude while handling customer interactions.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Assist in managing stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.

Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines.
• Follow grooming standards (clean shave, proper uniform, and shoes).

Teamwork & Shift Coordination

• Work collaboratively with team members for smooth operations.
• Adapt to rotational shifts as per schedule.

Training & Development

• Attend and complete the 10-day training program.
• Participate in periodic assessments to qualify for salary increments.
