Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and handling payments (cash/card).
- Food/Beverage Preparation: Operating espresso machines, grinders, and blenders to prepare drinks (coffees, teas, smoothies) and simple food items (sandwiches, salads).
- Hygiene & Cleaning: Maintaining a tidy workspace, clearing tables, washing dishes, and cleaning equipment.
- Stock Management: Restocking supplies, rotating inventory, and reporting low stock to managers.
- Operational Support: Opening/closing the café, following safety protocols, and assisting with menu recommendations.
