Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and providing recommendations.
- Beverage & Food Preparation: Preparing coffee, tea, smoothies, and light food items (sandwiches, pastries) according to recipes and standards.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintaining a clean workspace, sanitizing tables, washing dishes, and following food safety guidelines.
- Operations & Cashiering: Operating cash registers/POS systems, managing inventory, and restocking supplies.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to manage peak hours and daily tasks efficiently.
