Job Description
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, answer questions, handle complaints, and provide a friendly atmosphere.
- Food & Beverage Prep: Prepare coffee, tea, specialty drinks, sandwiches, and pastries following recipes and quality standards.
- Point-of-Sale (POS): Operate cash register, process cash/card payments, and provide receipts.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Clean equipment (espresso machines, grinders), sanitize surfaces, restock supplies, clear tables, and maintain overall hygiene.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels (coffee, milk, disposables) and inform managers when to reorder.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.
