Core Responsibilities of a Cafe Incharge:

• Operational Management: Overseeing day-to-day activities, including opening/closing, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining equipment.
• Staff Leadership: Hiring, training, and scheduling baristas and staff, along with setting performance goals and ensuring high service standards.
• Customer Service & Experience: Resolving complaints promptly, building rapport with regulars, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Inventory & Vendor Relations: Managing stock levels for ingredients and supplies, placing orders, and negotiating with suppliers.
• Financial & Administrative Tasks: Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses, managing cash flow, and reviewing payroll.
• Health, Safety & Hygiene: Ensuring compliance with health regulations, maintaining cleanliness in seating and service areas.
• Menu & Marketing: Updating menus based on trends and implementing promotional strategies to drive sales
