Job Description
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer menu questions, and resolve complaints with professionalism.
- Beverage/Food Prep: Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and food items (pastries, sandwiches) to standard recipes.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately (cash, credit), handle transactions, and provide receipts.
- Cleanliness: Maintain clean countertops, seating areas, equipment, dishes, and floors, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Inventory: Restock supplies (milk, beans, cups, etc.), monitor stock levels, and assist with deliveries.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
