Role: Cafe Management

Responsibilities:

Prepare items like sandwiches, fries, burgers, and bakery snacks.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards.

Ensure timely preparation during rush hours.

Monitor inventory of kitchen supplies.

Follow recipes and portion sizes as per Tealogy standards.

Minimize wastage and report low stock to manager.

Manage garbage disposal and segregation.

Restock tissue, sanitizers, and cleaning materials.

Support staff during busy hours (e.g., clearing tables quickly).

Handles billing, POS operations, and customer interaction at the counter.
