Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Customer Service: Greet customers, provide menu recommendations, answer questions, and handle complaints.
• Beverage & Food Prep: Prepare coffee, tea, and other drinks using espresso machines, grinders, and blenders. Assemble, heat, or serve food items like sandwiches, salads, and baked goods.
• Sales & Transactions: Take orders and process payments (cash, credit card) using a POS system.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Clean and sanitize tables, counters, equipment, and workstations. Maintain a hygienic, compliant, and organized, clean environment.
• Inventory & Stocking: Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
