Job Description
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, creating a friendly atmosphere.
- Order Fulfillment: Preparing and serving drinks (coffee, tea) and food (pastries, sandwiches).
- Transactions: Operating POS systems, handling cash and card payments accurately.
- Cleanliness: Maintaining hygiene in dining areas, workstations, and equipment; washing dishes, sweeping.
- Stock Management: Restocking supplies (beans, milk, cups), monitoring inventory, rotating stock.
- Equipment: Operating espresso machines, grinders, and other tools; reporting maintenance needs.
