Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking accurate orders, and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Beverage/Food Preparation: Preparing coffee, teas, and food items (sandwiches, pastries) to company standards.
- Cashiering: Managing point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and processing payments.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining a clean workspace, cleaning equipment (espresso machines), cleaning tables, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stock Management: Restocking supplies, monitoring inventory, and preparing displays
