Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and providing menu recommendations.
- Beverage & Food Prep: Making espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other drinks; serving food items.
- Cashiering: Processing payments (cash, credit, UPI) accurately via POS systems.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Cleaning tables, equipment, and workstations to maintain food safety and health regulations.
- Inventory & Logistics: Restocking supplies (beans, cups, milk) and managing inventory levels.
- Menu Knowledge: Informing customers about daily specials and new items
