Job Description
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, offer menu recommendations, and resolve complaints.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee (espresso, drip), teas, smoothies, and other drinks to standard, customizing as needed.
- Food Service: Serve food items like pastries, sandwiches, and baked goods.
- Point of Sale (POS) & Cash Handling: Process payments accurately (cash, card) and handle transactions.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep work areas, machines (espresso makers, grinders), tables, and seating clean; wash dishes.
- Inventory & Stocking: Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with stock rotation.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment.
