Job Title: Call Center Advisor โ€“ Healthcare Domain

๐Ÿ“ Location: Chennai

๐Ÿ•’ Shift Timings: Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM โ€“ 11:00 PM (8-hour shifts)

๐Ÿ’ผ Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

About the Role:


We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Call Center Advisors to join our dynamic team in the healthcare domain. As part of our customer service and sales team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing support and assistance to potential customers through hot (OTP-driven) leads โ€“ no cold calling.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle customer inquiries confidently and professionally over phone calls.

Provide excellent service and convert hot leads into sales.

Understand customer needs and guide them through healthcare services/products.

Follow up with leads and maintain customer satisfaction.

Work collaboratively in shifts as per the roster schedule.

Required Skills:


Excellent communication in English and a regional language.

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence on calls.

Ability to handle both sales and service interactions.

High adaptability to work in a roster-based shift environment.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts:

Female: Latest by 7:00 โ€“ 8:00 PM

Male: Shifts between 6:00 AM โ€“ 11:00 PM

Training & Certification:


15 days of comprehensive training provided.

4-day certification process post-training.
