Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

• Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify target customer segments, key messaging, and campaign objectives.
• Create campaign calendars and ensure alignment with product launches, events, and brand initiatives.

2. Campaign Execution

• Manage end-to-end execution across channels such as digital advertising, email, social media, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with creative, content, product, and sales teams for campaign assets.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all deliverables.

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and dashboards.
• Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as leads, conversions, CTR, engagement, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve targeting, messaging, and creative impact.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Digital teams for campaign alignment.
• Work closely with agencies, vendors, and external partners for paid campaigns and production needs.
• Present regular campaign updates to leadership and stakeholders.

5. Budget & Timeline Management

• Manage campaign budgets efficiently and track spend versus forecast.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns by managing timelines and dependencies.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts when needed.

6. Reporting & Insights

• Prepare post-campaign reports highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Analyze customer behaviour and market trends to influence future campaigns.
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership visibility.
