What would you do? Applied Technology & Operations for Markets (ATOM) is a multi-client processing on-demand service platform. A trade processing service for the trading and treasury entities of our clients that they can plug onto in parts or entirely while focusing their efforts on what differentiates them on the market. ATOM BPaaS leverages cloud hosted architectures to deliver high quality run and change services. It integrates infrastructure and IT management services with business processes execution supported by an orchestrated layer of intelligent operations assets.Event Announcement & Market Monitoring Monitor market sources (custodians, exchanges, SWIFT messages) for upcoming voluntary corporate actions. Validate event details such as terms, deadlines, eligibility, and tax implications. Ensure accurate event setup in corporate actions systems. 2. Client Notification & Response Management Notify clients of voluntary corporate actions via official communication channels. Provide clients with event details, decision deadlines, and options (e.g., cash vs. stock election). Track client responses and ensure timely submission to custodians and agents. 3. Election Processing & Instructions Management Capture and validate client instructions for corporate actions. Ensure accurate processing of elections and submit them before market deadlines. Coordinate with custodians, depositaries, and counterparties for confirmation. 4. Entitlement Calculation & Allocation Calculate entitlements based on event terms and client positions. Reconcile entitlements against custodian records to ensure accuracy. Allocate proceeds (cash or securities) to client accounts post-event.
