Job Description (JD):Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers.
- Promote Savings & Current Account products and other banking services.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and direct marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Complete KYC documentation and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with branch staff for account opening and activation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate (Freshers/Experienced).
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work in field sales.
