Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day cash and card transactions for vehicle bookings, sales, service, and spare parts.
Generate and issue invoices, receipts, and payment slips to customers.
Maintain accurate records of daily cash collections and deposits.
Reconcile cash in the register at the end of each shift/day.
Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
Coordinate with the accounts team for timely bank deposits and audits.
Respond to customer queries regarding payments and billing.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter and work environment.
Assist in basic administrative tasks when needed.
