Central Retention Manager - Loan Against Property - Chennai - Centennial Square - JM

• Attending / retaining customers who apply for pre-closure of their existing loan with us.
• Co-ordinating with Sales team across zones to expedite attending the customers who are not contactable / responding over phone.
• Processing Rate reduction or incremental funding requirement of the customers with the help of sales team to ensure retention.

Co-ordinating with credit FPR’s to ensure fulfilment of customers funding requirement.

Qualification Post Graduate/ Graduate
