Change Leader

Major Accountabilities:

Develop and maintain configuration management processes and procedures to ensure accurate documentation and control of hardware and product configurations.

Implement tools and systems to manage configuration changes, version control, and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead cost estimation and budgeting activities for change initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop accurate cost projections.

Develop and implement strategies for managing design changes, including evaluation, approval, and implementation.

Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data to support change management activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and project teams.

Authorities:

Define and enforce configuration management procedures and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across hardware and product engineering teams.

Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and tools, to support change initiatives, prioritizing efforts based on strategic objectives and project requirements.

Make decisions regarding the prioritization, scheduling, and execution of change initiatives, considering factors such as urgency, impact, and resource availability.

Set expectations and guidelines for design change management, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes.
