Job Description

Dealer & Channel Development Executive

Industry: AAC Blocks / Construction Materials

Location: Chennai (field-based)

To identify, onboard, activate, and retain dealers / distributors for KAMCRETE AAC Blocks across Chennai and nearby growth corridors.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Dealer Identification & Onboarding

  • Identify cement, M-sand, steel, and construction material dealers
  • Pitch KAMCRETE’s dealer model, margins, and territory protection
  • Complete dealer onboarding (KYC, credit terms, agreement)

2️ Dealer Activation

  • Ensure first order within 15–30 days of onboarding
  • Support dealers with:
  • Rate cards
  • Trial offers
  • Engineer introductions
  • Coordinate trial orders with factory & logistics

3️ Relationship & Territory Management

  • Maintain dealer price discipline
  • Prevent channel conflict
  • Support dealers to achieve monthly lift targets

4️ Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor pricing
  • Identify new micro-markets
  • Report dealer feedback weekly

Preferred Background

  • 1–5 years experience in:
  • Cement / steel / RMC / construction materials
  • OR strong field sales experience with dealer onboarding exposure

Education

  • Any graduation / diploma (civil is a plus, not mandatory)

Skills

  • Tamil fluency (mandatory)
  • Confident negotiation & relationship-building
  • Comfortable with field travel
