Job Description

A Real Estate Channel Partner Sales Head drives revenue by building, managing, and motivating a network of brokers/partners, developing sales strategies, hitting targets, conducting training, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless operations, focusing heavily on relationship management, market analysis, and strategic execution for property sales. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute channel sales strategies, set revenue targets, and forecast sales for projects (residential/commercial).
  • Partner Management: Onboard, train, motivate, and manage a large network of channel partners/brokers (IPCs).
  • Sales Execution: Drive lead generation, manage high-value transactions, conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and ensure closures.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with partners, clients, investors, and internal stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, Finance).
  • Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance, analyze market trends, provide feedback, and report progress to leadership.
  • Marketing & Events: Collaborate on channel-specific campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior sales staff and foster a high-performance culture. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate channel sales/partnership management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, relationship building, market analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate distribution models, market dynamics, and CRM software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
