Chapter Coordinator

The person will be responsible for / involved in the following roles:

1.      Responsible for all Chapter Secretarial functions

2.      Acquisition and onboarding of new members

3.      Follow ups with members for payment, timely renewals, attendance at events and other related work

4.      Planning, Coordination and Management of Chapter Events Calendar and end to end requirements of each Chapter Event/Activity

5.      Telecalling and RSVP for Chapter Events

6.      Assistance in raising sponsorship for all Chapter Events

7.      Address and resolve queries/concerns of Chapter Members

8.      Drafting correspondence for advocacy requirements of the Chapter

9.      Content creation and Social Media Management of all Chapter social media Pages

10.  Administration Work

11.  Maintaining office correspondence/records

12.  Dispatch/receipt of mail

13.  Work related to maintenance of office and equipment

14.  Outdoor official work such as delivery of urgent/important letters by hand to various government / other offices

15.  Any other work as directed by the Chapter Head

ReportingReporting will be to the Chapter Head.

Being the leading association of the Indian restaurant industry, NRAI aspires to promote and strengthen the Indian Food Service Sector. The Association in its 40th year has a pan India presence with members comprising of restaurants and suppliers.

NRAI is governed by a committee of members and led by a President and Office Bearers. The committee consists of over 35 Restaurant CEOs / Owners representing various national and international brands from the F&B sector. The association works closely with a network of State and City chapter partners in Mumbai, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Delhi, Noida and Chandigarh and will open new chapters in others cities soon. The Chapter activities include:

·      Facilitate the exchange of knowledge & experience

·      Provide support in the overall development of the association
