Civil Engineer

The Senior Engineer will be responsible for the planning,

execution, and coordination of civil and structural works related to industrial factory buildings,

pre-engineered warehouses, and allied infrastructure. The role involves managing site activities, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely completion of projects in line with client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution·      

Plan, schedule, and execute civil, structural, and finishing works for factory and warehouse projects.

·      Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs issued by design and consultants.

·      Coordinate with PEB vendors, architects, MEP, and service consultants for integrated project execution.

·      Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery as per project milestones.

2. Site Management·      Supervise foundation, column, flooring, and structural erection works.

·      Ensure alignment, levels, and dimensions as per approved drawings.

·      Manage subcontractors and labour teams to maintain productivity and

quality.

·      Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship.

3. Technical & Quality Assurance· 

. Verify reinforcement detailing, anchor bolt positioning, and concrete quality.

·      Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety norms, and client specifications.

·      Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, test reports, and

method statements.

4. Coordination & Communication·      

. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

·      Attend project review and technical meetings and update progress reports.

·      Support design and estimation teams with as-built data, material reconciliation, and cost inputs.

5. Documentation & Reporting·    

  Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, work measurement sheets, and material consumption records.

·      Assist in billing, BOQ verification, and variation claims.

·      Maintain project documentation and drawings in an organized manner.

Qualifications & Experience:·     

 B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering

·2-5 years of experience in construction of industrial

buildings, PEB structures, and warehouses.

·      Strong exposure to PEB systems, RCC foundations, flooring

and industrial infrastructure.

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office.

·      Working knowledge of QA/QC standards and HSE practices.

·      Excellent coordination and communication skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple contractors and fast-track project timelines.

·      Sound understanding of cost, time, and quality control in industrial projects.
