Job Description
ob Requirement: Civil Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 3 to 10 years of experience in residential apartment projects.
Key Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3–10 years of hands-on experience in residential apartment construction
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and site execution
- Ability to manage site activities, contractors, and labour
- Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and project timelines
- Coordination with architects, consultants, and vendors
- Preparing and maintaining site reports and measurements
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in multi-storey residential buildings
- Familiarity with drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Good communication and team-handling skills
