Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing on-site construction activities, supervising workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project quality standards. The role involves coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving on-site issues efficiently.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations

Manage construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors

Ensure work is completed according to plans, 

Enforce health and safety regulations on-site

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks

Monitor project timelines and report progress to project managers

Resolve on-site conflicts or technical issues

Maintain site documentation (reports, permits, material logs, etc.)

Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials

Control waste management and site cleanliness

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Proven experience in construction site supervision

Experience:(2-3)

Location:Chennai

Candidates willing to relocate are most welcome

Leadership and team management skills

Basic computer skills (MS Office)

🏗 Work Environment

Primarily outdoor construction site

6Days of working Sunday will be fixed off

💼 Reporting Structure

Reports to: Project Manager / Construction Manager

Supervises: Skilled laborers, subcontractors, site workers
