- 1. Site Execution & SupervisionIndependently handle residential building construction projects
- Supervise labour and subcontractors
- Ensure work execution as per drawings
- Maintain daily work progress
- 2. Technical ResponsibilitiesStudy structural and architectural drawings
- Site marking and layout
- Level checking and measurements
- Steel checking before concreting
- Shuttering inspection
- Concrete supervision and curing control
- 3. Quality ControlEnsure proper workmanship
- Monitor RCC works, brickwork, plastering and finishing
- Avoid rework and mistakes
- Maintain quality standards
- 4. Material ControlEstimate daily material requirements
- Check material quality
- Control material wastage
- Maintain stock records
- 5. Site ReportingDaily progress report submission
