Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduate who is passionate about construction, planning, and project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong learning ability and basic knowledge in site work, drawings, and measurements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in site supervision and day-to-day site activities

Support senior engineers in planning and execution of construction works

Check measurements, alignment, levels, and quality at site

Coordinate with different teams such as contractors, labor, and suppliers

Maintain site documentation, reports, and material logs

Understand basic structural drawings, floor plans, and BOQs

Learn and follow safety regulations and quality standards

Report progress regularly to seniors/management

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods

Good communication and willingness to learn

Ability to read technical drawings (added advantage)

Basic knowledge in AutoCAD / MS Excel (preferred)

Time management and problem-solving skills

Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Diploma (Civil)
