• Fresher to 1 Year (Flooring preferred)

OR

• 2 Years Experience in Construction (Non-flooring OK, must be willing to learn flooring)

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Supervision of flooring works (tiles, vitrified, ceramic, granite, marble)

• Checking surface preparation, level, alignment & joints

• Ensuring proper adhesive mixing & application

• Bathroom flooring slope checking

• Labour coordination & daily work monitoring

• Quality control & reduction of rework

• Reporting to management

🔹 Mandatory Requirements (STRICT):

✔ Own bike with valid driving license – compulsory

✔ Willing to work full-time on site

✔ Comfortable with site conditions (dust, heat, standing work)

✔ Disciplined & punctual

🔹 Qualification:

• Diploma / BE – Civil Engineering

🔹 Skills & Behaviour:

• Basic site supervision knowledge

• Quality-focused mindset

• Willingness to learn flooring SOP

• Good communication (Tamil preferred)

• Fresher / 0–2 Year: ₹17,000 – ₹22000

(Final based on interview & performance)
