About the RoleVb Constructions And Mines is looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within timelines. The role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on-site.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Perform site inspections, surveying, and measurements
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of AutoCAD, surveying, and structural basics
• Understanding of construction materials and methods
• Project management skills: planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Good communication and team handling abilities
• Problem-solving and attention to detail
• Knowledge of site safety and quality standards
• Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male
• Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech or equivalent)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in site engineering
• English: Basic English required
