Civil Site Engineer

Job Title: Civil Site EngineerObjective: We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities. You will be the technical lead on the ground, ensuring that architectural and structural designs are executed with precision, particularly for multi-story structures requiring complex foundational and spatial work.

• Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring work is carried out according to approved structural drawings and architectural floor plans.
• Technical Oversight: Supervise critical structural phases, including deep excavations, basement retaining walls, and the construction of gradient ramps for vehicular parking.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of materials (concrete, steel, masonry) and workmanship to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Surveying & Leveling: Perform precise setting out, leveling, and surveying on plots to ensure accurate building placement and structural alignment.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring all workers and subcontractors utilize proper PPE and safe construction methods.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily site logs, track material usage, and report progress or technical discrepancies directly to the Site Manager.
• Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering, with a strong background in multi-story residential or commercial construction.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading complex blueprints, AutoCAD, and structural layouts.
• Core Competencies: Strong understanding of concrete mix designs, steel reinforcement detailing, and site grading. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
