About the Role-We are urgently hiring a Civil Site Engineer to manage and execute civil construction activities across multiple sites in Chennai. The role involves hands-on site execution, technical coordination, and accurate progress reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute civil construction activities as per project drawings and specifications
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients
- Ensure proper material management, labor allocation, and site productivity
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth workflow
- Monitor and enforce quality control, safety standards, and compliance on site
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Track project timelines and assist in project planning and scheduling
- Maintain site documentation, including reports, drawings, and approvals
- Liaise with project engineers, clients, and consultants for project updates and approvals
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Civil Site Engineer
- Must have own vehicle (mandatory)
- Ability to handle multiple sites within Chennai
- Good knowledge of site execution, construction methods, and reporting
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
