Job Locations: Chennai, Thiruvallur, Vellore, Chengalpattu, Ambur, Thiruvannamalai, Krishnagiri,

Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Kumbakonam, Namakkal, Kallakurichi, Cuddalore,

Coimbatore, Erode, Dharmapuri, Madurai, Palani, Karaikudi, Sivakasi, Tirunelveli,

Core Responsibilities

1. Property Validation: Visit client sites across assigned districts based on

the specific address provided in the Sale Deed.

2.Technical Evaluation: Evaluate land and building features using the IBIBI

Valuation Metric to ensure data accuracy for bank records.

3.Basic Surveying: Conduct physical measurements of the land and

building; verify boundaries against FMB (Field Measurement Book)

4.Sketches and Sale Deed dimensions.

Market Analysis:

1. Calculate building construction costs and land value.
2. Cross-verify the Government Guide Value against actual market rates.
3. Identify the per-sqft value by interviewing local brokers and neighbouring

identities.

4. Workup Submission: Prepare a comparative report of both values and

certify the property after a physical evaluation of the site.

Workload & Performance Incentives

1. Schedules Assigned: Minimum of 30 site evaluations per month.

2. Operational Capacity: Expectation of 50 to 70 sites per month (scaled

gradually).

3.Quality Incentives: For all work completed beyond the initial load

Mandatory Requirements

1. Gender: Male candidates only.
2. Education: Basic Civil Engineering knowledge (Diploma/Degree).
3. Transportation: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike).
4. Technology: Must possess an Android Phone.
5. Travel: Comfortable traveling a minimum of 20 KM up to 80 KM for site

evaluations to the client place
