•  The candidate shall possess either:
•   A minimum of a three (3) year Diploma in Engineering with at least three (3 ) years of professional experience, or ITI Civil Supervisor with at least five (5) years of professional experience
•  Experience must be specifically in the Civil Construction field with high rise concrete structures.
•  The candidate must have excellent proficiency in English, Hindi & Tamil with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently 

• Candidate should be able to read Construction Drawing, Layout Marking, provide RL at site, able to supervise and give instruction to workmen and to monitor the progress & productivity.
• Should be able to maintain high quality works with all the standard Construction safety procedures in the field
