- Collect and verify client documents including Aadhar, PAN, and other KYC information
- Upload and maintain client data accurately in the dedicated ERP software
- Ensure compliance and maintain confidentiality
- Conduct client feedback calls to gather insights on service quality when time permits
- Maintain organized records and resolve any data discrepancies
