Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Assist clients with trading accounts, demat accounts, and onboarding processes
• Provide information on trading products, market updates, and investment services
• Coordinate with the trading and operations team to ensure smooth execution of client trades
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and company regulations
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Follow up with clients to enhance engagement and retention
• Support sales initiatives and cross-sell financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and PMS, ITR FILLING
• Achieve assigned client service and business targets
