Job Description
- Handle incoming calls, Messages, website leads, and walk-in patient inquiries
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, treatments, and doctors
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
- Perform follow-up calls/messages with new and existing patients
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and treatment bookings
- Maintain patient records and update CRM/clinic management software
- Coordinate with doctors, front office, and medical staff for smooth patient flow
- Handle patient feedback, concerns, and basic complaints politely
- Support billing/front-desk activities when required
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and follow-up targets
