Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls, Messages, website leads, and walk-in patient inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about clinic services, treatments, and doctors
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Perform follow-up calls/messages with new and existing patients
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and treatment bookings
  • Maintain patient records and update CRM/clinic management software
  • Coordinate with doctors, front office, and medical staff for smooth patient flow
  • Handle patient feedback, concerns, and basic complaints politely
  • Support billing/front-desk activities when required
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and follow-up targets
