Client Relationship Executive

The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure clients satisfaction, retention, and business growth. The role involves understanding client needs, resolving concerns, and identifying new business opportunities.

Language must know :- HINDI, TAMIL, MALAYALAM, TELUGU

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.
2. Act as the main point of contact for client communication.
3. Understand clients requirements and provide suitable solutions.
4. Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues.
5. Achieve sales targets and revenue growth from existing accounts.
6. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services.
7. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Support) for smooth service delivery.
8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
9. Prepare regular reports on account performance and client feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, client servicing, or account management.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
5. Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
6. Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
