Client Relationship Manager for a Digital Marketing Co at Chennai

*CTC: ₹3,00,000 - ₹3,60,000 per annum

We seek a proactive, client-focused Account Manager to nurture key relationships and ensure seamless execution of digital marketing projects. You'll coordinate with internal teams, understand client needs, and deliver campaigns driving business growth.

*Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention

- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution (social media, SEO, paid ads, content)

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery

- Conduct client meetings, share updates, and provide insights

- Support strategy development and performance tracking

- Address client concerns and escalate issues when needed

*Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business

- 2-5 years of experience in client servicing/account management

- Digital marketing expertise (SEO, social media, paid ads)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
