Clinical Assistant - Sales

Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis at our branch office in AnnaNagar – Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, supporting the centre’s revenue goals, assisting patients through the sales process, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations at the centre.

• Assist patients in understanding hearing aid options, features, and pricing.

• Follow up with enquiries, leads, and existing patients to support conversions.

• Maintain accurate sales records, patient interactions, and follow-up logs.

• Work closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient handover and service delivery.

• Support promotional activities, offers, and local marketing initiatives.

• Handle billing coordination, basic documentation, and appointment follow-ups.

• Contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or coordination roles preferred but not mandatory.

• Reasonable communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain products and services clearly and confidently.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Completion of any degree of study is mandatory.

Nevertheless, all necessary training will be provided for the right candidate.

Starting Pay Scale:

Rs. 15,000 – 25,000 + Incentive + Annual Bonus
