Cloud Automation Developer

The Cloud Security team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending cloud security tools and functions to enhance security around Ford's public cloud. The team is also responsible for developing and managing the following Security Services in Ford’s public cloud environments:

- GCP Security Command Center

- GCP/Azure Security Compliance

- GCP VPC Service Control

- GCP Cloud Armor/ Azure WAF

 

To support the above services and company security policy at the enterprise level, a primary function of our team is to build and maintain custom scripts/applications that allow our customers to request/provision cloud services & requests via website automation.   

-Lead/collaborate with other Cloud Security team members to identify and develop automation for security related workflows and audits (VPC Service Controls, Data Loss Prevention, Security Exceptions, Org Policy, etc..).

- Lead/collaborate in the evaluation of cloud security tools needed to address security gaps.

- Consult with application teams and partner security teams to identify and resolve cloud security issues/gaps.
