Club Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of the club and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the club team to achieve performance goals.
• Guide and train Personal Trainers in their respective duties.
• Develop and maintain effective workout programs and ensure quality training standards.
• Plan and execute strategies to increase profitability and meet financial targets.
• Ensure accurate financial and sales reporting to the corporate office.
• Maintain hygiene, equipment standards, and facility cleanliness at all times.
• Handle member queries, feedback, and grievances with professionalism.
• Promote and execute various fitness programs tailored to customer needs.
• Monitor employee performance and support career progression within the team.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and adherence to company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B or direct sales.
• OR 1 year in B2B sales + 2 years in direct sales, customer relationships, or business development.
• Candidates from marketing, telecalling, or hospitality backgrounds preferred.
• Prior experience as an Outlet Manager or in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
