CNC Engineer

We are hiring CNC Engineer.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Description

• Interpreting project drawings to determine part specific requirements.
• Collaborating with engineering team members to ensure CNC programs align with project requirements.•
• CNC machines set up to configure production.
• Ensuring precision and quality to maintain high standards in the manufacturing process.
• Conducting test runs before full production to ensure the CNC machines produce outputs according to specifications.
• Technology expertise for CNC machines, cutting tooling, fixtures development, validation and ensure its robustness in terms of capability, ergonomics, market trends and lifetime.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining problems related to CNC machinery in case of issue arises.
• Define Consumables and frequency assignment to ensure production continuity at the early stage of product validation.
• User Specific Requirements (machine specification) definition and execute at the procurement stage. Potential vendors technical assessment - (Added advantage)
