Job Description
Job Summary:
The CNC Operator (4 & 5 Axis) is responsible for operating advanced multi-axis CNC machines to produce high-precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:Operate and set up 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
- Load programs, verify tool paths, and adjust offsets.
- Read and understand 2D & 3D engineering drawings.
- Handle complex machining operations with tight tolerances.
- Select tools, set work offsets and tool offsets.
- Inspect parts using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and CMM (optional).
- Monitor machine performance and report issues.
- Perform basic maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
- Achieve daily production targets with accuracy and quality.
