Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Prepare CNC machines for production by loading tools, setting offsets, and calibrating equipment.
- Production & Operation: Run programs, adjust machine settings (offsets, speeds/feeds), and oversee automated tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Quality Inspection: Measure finished workpieces against blueprints or CAD designs using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Material Handling: Load raw materials and unload finished products from machines.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, checking coolant) and detect/fix issues in the production process.
- Safety Adherence: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace complying with company regulations.
