CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

·         Set up, operate, and monitor CNC, VTL, and VMC machines as per job requirements

·         Read and interpret engineering drawings and job sheets

·         Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting

·         Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of machined components

·         Conduct in-process and final inspections using measuring instruments

·         Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures

·         Meet daily production targets while ensuring quality standards

·         Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

·         ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade

·         3–5 years of relevant machine operation experience

·         Knowledge of CNC controls and machining processes

·         Ability to work independently and in shifts
