Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC turning machines as per drawings.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Select tools, offsets, and cutting parameters for turning operations.
  • Perform facing, drilling, boring, threading, and grooving operations.
  • Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments if required.
  • Inspect components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge).
  • Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection.
  • Follow safety rules and housekeeping standards.
  • Maintain daily production and inspection records.
